In addition to the official festival program, The National Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in cooperation with the Almaty City Government (Akimat) launches a parallel section of recent Kazakh and Central Asian films, “Shaken’s Constellation”. For the first time, the TULPAR Awards will be given according to the Academy members votes.

Grand Prix – 3.000.000 tenge.

Best Director – 2.000.000 tenge.

Best Actor – 1.000.000 tenge.

Best Actress – 1.000.000 tenge.

Special Jury Prize – 1.000.000 tenge.

Eurasia Short Films Competiton

Best Short Film – 500.000 tenge.

The Juries and their Presidents are appointed by the Festival Team. The decisions of the Juries are taken by open ballot, with simple majority. Persons who have any connection with films presented in the competition cannot be on the Jury.

Jury members will be announced mid of September.

The screening schedule will be available on the 15th of September.
